I am a Licensed psychotherapist, with a passion for helping people overcome struggles with anxiety, depression, anger, substance use, and difficult life changes.  I help many, though I have developed a love for working with men who struggle to manage and communicate emotions, young adults who are transitioning out of school or college, and helping health care professional take care of themselves.
